Hi there...as you can see im a noob here....and i need some help with 2 sales of parts i bought from 2 different members on here: "Timmy" and "viper98885".....i have been talking to these guys since the beginning of may about parts they had for sale...heres timmys thread:http://forum.camarov6.com/showthread.php?t=100781

from timmy i was buying a t5 swap including most of the stuff for the swap and everything came up to be $450..i had sent him the money via money order and it took 2 days to get there..he took 2-3 weeks to try to ship the stuff and he said fedex didnt wanna ship it...and he wanted to give me my money back but i suggested he try a different shipping company since theres soo much out there...he still wanted to give back my money...i been sending him messages ever since...last time i heard from him was june 9th and last time he checked his messages was june 11th on here....i even tried sending him an email through his hotmail account 4 days ago and still have not responded back....
from viper i was buying some suspension parts...hoses...brake parts and some parts for the t5 swap and everything came up to be $350....i paid him via paypal since the beginning of june...he sent me 2 tracking #'s i got a huge box about 2 weeks which only had 1 thing which was the manual pedal assembly and i was hoping there was more from being such a big box....this is the tracking # for the other stuff from him 9405 5036 9930 0258 9496 31 and this happens to just be sitting there....and last i heard from him was june 11th... i sent him multiple pms on here because he checks his messages every couple of days....i even send him messages when hes online but i get no response...
im thinking if i should get a lawyer involved..its been too long since i been talking to these guys and it took them a month to send the parts....and now i see why they never got there stuff sold and there for sale threads are soo old....i have there full names...addresses and the emails they sent me....they promised to get me the stuff by june because of the deadline i had and they ended up screwing me over....my car is just down now and sitting and this is my daily driver....i also got layed off couple months ago....i joined this forums because of my interest in these cars.....i been on other forums for different cars and this soo far has been my worst because of these 2 users....all i want is my parts to be sent....i have already lost too much money..i appreciate any help you guys have for me....i bought stuff from other users on here (you guys know who you are) and everything went extremely smooth....i know that being a noob on here all odds are against me..but hey we were all there once before...if anyone has any other info on these guys like there phone # so i can get in contact with them that would greatly be appreciated too cuz i see they did get some things sold...Im not here to put ppl on blast or cause trouble but...it is what it is..
