Ordered a new car

So.... I was sitting there on my lunch break....killing time by going through all the inventory of new cars.... and I ordered a new car. It is scheduled to arrive at work early next week.... so I'll have it in a couple weeks.

I soooooooooooooo wanted the 450 watt harmon kardon stereo system and navigation.... but that was only available in a Sport 4-matic model... and my neck/ back needs the nice soft ride of the luxury model to help with healing up.

Actually, all the hybrids have the 8 speed tranny's in them already - I had an ML450 hybrid with the new tranny this past weekend.

They are working on a 9 speed auto for the non hybrid's - expect it within 2 years

And yes, I love the 204's - I had a 2009... the wife has a 2010... and now I get my 2011 :)

Seems like the nav and harmon kardon system should be available on luxury models also, hence the word luxury... nice buy though.

Cause he works for MBUSA and ordered it through their employee requisitioning system. Who cares what color guts it has, he get's 'em nearly free and drives them less than a year.

Yup, you pretty much summed it up.

This will be my 8th one - I've never picked a color - I look for what is available - and try and get the options I want.

Even if I get a color I don't like, I'll get a new one in a year.

I think all mercedes should only come in one color: Silver
