did you miss the part that he was arrested? which means he did something else in the first place to be, thats what they found when he was arrested. he's a ****ing idiot. anyone who knows this area knows you dont go flying down that highway because its not safe. he got exactly what he deserved. the only shame is that he didnt die. anyone driving at those speeds during midday traffic on that highway deserves absolutely no pity.

thats a little harsh man what if that was your son would you be saying the same thing? yes he is stupid but that could very easly be you doing 65 and a tire blowing out.... just saying i travel the thurway every day and the people i see getting into accidents are very rarley the ones doing stupid things its the average joe or jane on thier way home from work

Its illegal for a minor to be in possession of alky here in the States, not to mention the compounding of weed. He got what he deserved. Not saying I have never done it, but Ive also never been dumb enough to have ALL of it in my car.

And Roger, he may of been arrested because that is what they found in his car for all you know. It doesnt mention anything else that he did to get arrested, so Im reading it as that is what he got arrested for....I wouldnt go as far as to say he deserves to die either

For the alcohol and weed with a under age female in his car , and any other priors he was looking at jail time, so I agree failed suicide, b@stard could have killed someone else though, what a little b!tch. the difference is that people who blow a tire out doing 65 are doing the speed limit, not 100+mph on the goddamn shoulder of the road passing traffic during midday traffic on one of the busier highways in this area and one well known for these kinds of things happening on alot with people who are doing the speed limits. if my kid ever does that ill be bummed about it, but dont think for a minute id be any less pissed off at them than i am at this moron.

What happened to this man-child is very sad, but he had no business being behind the wheel of a car if he was previously arrested for alcohol and weed. I don't care if the alcohol was unopened.. he shouldnt have had it in his possession in the first place.

This guy reminds me of my wifes 20 year old brother.. on a fast track to nowhere. In their similar child-like minds, life is all about the party, getting f'd up and having sex. Eventually it will catch up with them.

I sincerely hope that this kid lives, straightens up his act and accepts responsibility for his life and others around him. I watched the video of his mother speaking out on the local news and I can't help but feel sorry for her.

I just got back from Pittsburgh and this made the local news there. My g/f and I were both like, "Holy sh!t, that's on 675"

I have to drive on 675 every day to either work or school and I've seen some crazy sh!t happen on that road, and almost always because someone was doing something stupid, like this... It's a miracle he didn't kill anyone

ya there's a lot better spots to drive that fast... such as te track 10 miles away...

Te kid is still in critical condition and I do not feel bad for him at all. Hopefully he learns from this at some point.
