sexual harrasment

So my g/f works at a restaurant, and they hired a new manager a few months back that everyone complains about.. he's a lazy @ss that treats his coworks with no respect and wont pull his own weight around the workplace.

Well, I know this guy from high school, he was a total douche bag in high school, and apparantly hasnt changed. He seemingly has no friends and is a gamer that spends all his free time at home playing WoW.

So 2 days ago, he posted on the ol lady's facebook wall a comment that was very creepy about how he wanted to creep up inside of her.. So I commented "You're a douchebag."

He commented back "Glad you still feel that way about me"

and then I commented again...

This isnt going to end well, it's not a very good idea for a manager to publically sexually harrass an employee, even if it's outside of the workplace..
Thanks for the screen shot, and I took a photo of your comment.. I suggest you take this matter into your own hands before I take it to your manager / district manager for disciplinary actions. Im sure this will be highly frowned upon.



So come the next morning, he deleted his post along with all of our comments, my g/f went into work that day and he called in that morning and quit.

There was a temp employee at my work today who was escorted out of the pharmacy by security for harassing female employees. The guy looks like he's from "The Hills Have Eyes". From what I heard he was walking around the cubicles waiting for the girls to get off the phone and would ask them to come over his house and if they liked action flicks.

Congrats for standing up for your woman! It's always the creepers who live in mommy's basement and have D&D or WOW parties with their 35yo virgin friends who bring over their lap tops and USB cords.. freaks.

Last night we went for a ride on the motorcycle, and stopped by a local park where some of her coworkers were playing softball and they were making a big deal about how happy they were he was gone, haha.
