Love the site! What a great reference. Thanks to everyone that put in work to make this site functional and keep it going.

I go by TJ, I'm 26 and currently living in Scottsdale, AZ. getting my Masters in Geographic Information Systems. I also intern for a local company by day and bartend at night. I'm into music, traveling, and my camaro.

I have a 2002 Sunset Orange Camaro. Mods: ultra z hood, slp rockers, cia headers, b&b catback exhaust, hi-flow cat, 3.73 gears, whisper lid, slp cold air intake, 17" chrome ten spokes

wants: a supercharger ( hopefully within the next year)

Looks pretty good, other than the hood. IMO its the ugliest hood ever made for a camaro, but as long as your happy with it is all that matters.

There are far uglier hoods.... like 4" cowls for example.

Nice car. As someone said the hood is fugly but as long as it makes you happy. It almost looks cayenne red in the pic. Welcome.

Honestly, Id rock a 4" cowl hood over that, hell... Even a 6", 12", 24" cowl hood over that. Thats just my opinion

good lookin car. i dont see why everyone hates on the hood. i dont like it, but i certainly wouldnt bash it as much as others here might haha.

I personally like the hood. Of all the Camaro hoods out there yours is the most functional one. It sucks up the cold air up front. Much like the WS6 hood.

surprised many of you are not fond of this hood, I have always found it to be aesthetically stimulating, fitting, and striking in good general fashion. However I do have superior taste so i suppose i can understand your dilemmas.

My only complaint about the hood has to do with what I believe is a manufacturers defect - where the stock hood lift shocks attach, over time has caused two small bubbles push up on the topside, one over each shock. They are subtle and only visible in the right light but they are there. Anyone else w this hood had this problem?

I got the car brand new in 02, (got to the dealer about 10 mins after it got delivered which was super cool). Did all the mods in 03-04 with my father except for the rockers/ push rods and the rear end. Sat in a garage from 04 -09 and it is now my daily driver and im just getting back into mods etc.
