I'm trying to put together a workout manual. I finished the manuscript already and I need models to demostrate the exercises and stretches. I don't want to use myself to much because for one thing I'm not in shape like I used too. Plus, I have a pot belly.
Now you don't have to be in great shape or anything. This manual is geared toward beginners anyway. Just make sure the pictures of you demonstrating the exercise or stretch is good.
Also, make sure you have plain clothes on with no advertisement or logo.
Post here and let me know which bodyparts you would like to demostrate. I'll respond back and ask you if you can demonstrate a specific exercise or exercises or stretch or stretches. These are the bodyparts I need:
1. Calves
2. Hamstrings
3. Thigh
4. Chest
5. Back
6. Shoulders
7. Triceps
8. Biceps
9. Forearms
10. Abdominals
Once I put this together I'll be sending it out to different publishers out there. If it doesn't get publish I'll just do it on my own. BTW..just be sure you are OK for me to use your picture. I don't wanna get sued later. Thanks
