That hptuners website confused the hell outta me... And I'm getting a cat-back Flowmaster exhaust this weekend. Need some headers and then to get a shop to pipe from Y-pipe to cat-back... Have I got the gist of it?
EDIT: I'd be getting Magnaflows, not Flowmaster. I was remembering wrong.
do a thread search on Trans-X and watch the magic unfold...you're in for a treat haha. we'll know when you've read up on it.
get a stainless magnaflow system or borla if you have the coin, but please, please, upgrade from flowmaster...it will only sound good on an lsx engine, not the 3.8. i used to run one before i was enlightened to the world of borla ;)
just for reference, I have magnaflow on both my 99 v6 and my 2000 ss. On the SS I have the high end mangaflow and on the v6 I have the cheaper version. Here is a vid of low revving of my v6 with magnaflow catback. No headers or anything. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ESaZI...ext=1&index=18

The kid asks a somewhat serious question, and we go on and on about this Trans-X **** again. Come the **** on....isn't that getting old yet? Talk about beating a dead horse....

I would just go with a Summit 3" pipes for like $150 shipped and then a Dynomax turbo muffler for $35-$45. Headers RK Sport headers used for like $200 or so, have bigger primaries 1.75" of all the headers out there and flow great. Springs , go with some DNA 1.6" lowering springs on ebay for $90 shipped, shocks might as well go for KYB ADJ. front rear for $340 or so on ebay or check around.

Still trying to find oil leak on my Camaro, it’s a tough one. I think it is the oil pressure sender myself. Leaking when raving and going into boost....
