granny shifting, not double clutching like you should
lol i almost went down to the filming when they were here in Atlanta, it would have been cool to be an extra. but apparently you had to have a nice *** car and look puerto rican
Despite all of the blasphemy to true car enthusiasts, the F&F movies will always be amusing/enjoyable to watch. Very few movies are truly realistic, but that doesn't mean that they aren't fun to watch. Sometimes you need to be able to just sit back and enjoy a movie for what it is.

I like Smokey and Bandit, Canonball Run, Bullit, Driven, Gone in 60 Sec., Le Mans, Redline, and F&F.
But yeah, the first F&F was the best. They filmed that street race close to where I live in Hemet. The white Integra that Ja Rul drove actually belong to a girl that lives in my city and works at Albertson store.
I remember in 1998 when I was going to Cal Poly University they were passing out flyers for the making of this movie. The flyer was trying to recruit college students with modified import cars. There were a lot of Asians in my school, including me, and most of them drove rice cars. That's why there's a lot of Asians in the 1st F&F.
Plus the cars in part 1 were realistic and obtainable to a lot of young people. That's why movie had a lot of strong appeal. Not too many young kids can afford classic muscle cars or those Supras.
