That's too much. Like I said, Creatine would not work for aerobic, non-intense activities like baseball, basketball, or even golf (Tiger Woods took it too). The research I looked at showed that it didn't work that well even for football players. Go figure, I thought it would work for them. Since it is a very physical sport.
Research did find out that it worked very good for greco-wrestlers.
BTW.. the researchers were actual scientist who were not backed by any supplement industries. So they are credible.
Yeah, when I first took it in 1993 when it first came out many of us were sorta clueless about that loading phase. I not doing the loading phase at all. I just take as is.
Eventually all supplements would become steady in our system. It's like vitamins. It present in your body now and your body expects it all the time. BTW.. you would have to eat 30lbs of beef to get the same dose of creatine you get from one scoop.
