lol, I'm not going there in hopes that it'll be a better place. I'm going because I want to get diesel training (I know, theres other places blah blah blah), to go somewhere new, and most importantly -to experience a different side of society-. Sounds weird, but if it wasn't crappy, if it didnt keep me on my toes, and if it didn't motivate me to get my business done and get the f&^# out of dodge, then I'd go back into my bored mindset that has me so entirely and thoroughly bored and disgusted.
All I can say is: We shall see.
Now, back to the original question, who here is in that area?
I can relate to being bored and passive, but going to Cleveland is never a cure for boredom. What diesel program are you talking about?
It's Ohio Technical College, their diesel equipment and generator classes are what I'm interested in. As to all the people I've talked to, this school seems to be one of the better ones. Also checked out Northwestern University of Ohio, but its too race oriented for my tastes. I love racing, but I can't see that being a very broad employment field. Kinda a "i oops'd once and now nobody will hire me.. yay 40,000 college bills" field.
My goal is to get into generators, being as that would have me going places all around.
Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
