Long story short, I am driving my parents 99 GMC 1500 cause my camaro is down until spring and Im looking into loans for a cummins. Well, this thing dosnt get the greatest gas mileage, Its got 163,xxx miles and runs like a champ. So I was thinking about seafoaming it, is it basically the same as doing it on our cars? (putting some in the gas tank, poring into vacuum line, ect ect.) Thanks guys.

I would do it, wont hurt. If you bust the cat, just run straight pipe...they wont notice :D
you can get CAI on ebay for cheap, just search CHROME INTAKES, they got dirt cheap CAIs that work well, i know ppl run them on their 3.8s with angled TBs
