            Hi Thor,

Yes it's been a long time, how are you? I hope all is well with you and your family.

I have decided to become active again on the f-body boards and was happy to see that that I am still a member on this board. I was totally surprised to see that this old timer is still classified a moderator on this board.

I’m still into my f-bodies. I still have my 97 V6 Firebird. It still looks good, runs fast and is my daily driver. I still enjoy torturing the V8’s by seeing their faces when I hold up six fingers and let then read my lips “IT’S A V6”…lol

As you may remember I also have my 2000 WS6. Now my wife has decided to add another f-body to the family and went out and picked up a 1999 Formula.

I’ve been having fun with my WS6. It has run a 11.220@123MPH on motor spinning out of the hole with a 1.866 60 foot on MT Drag radials. The car weighs 3800-3900 with me in it. If you remember I’m a big boy.

On the bottle (150 shot) it has ran a 9.998@135MPH with a 1.478 60 foot.
Honestly even though I have a V8, I never lost any love for my V6.

If you are curious the WS6 build is below:

Yeah, I remember those pics of yours and you next to your bird holding a trophy.

You were like the first moderator here and I remember you resigning your post at Z28. I'm glad you still have your bird.

I resigned but it was from f-bodyv6.com as a result of members placing orders on group specials and paying without receiving their parts. Afterwards this site was set up by Stefan and his lady in May 2001 with following core members like myself and others that did not want to be part of f-bodyv6.com.
