It was a dealer... (Cavalier broke down at a ford dealership, it was almost closing time and they had a car rental place, and I was in a town knowing almost no one and and 350 miles away from my tools, I said **** it, it will just be a few hundred, got everything I need here)
It wasn't like the let me know it would take that long, horrid communication, I had to contact them, assured my car would be done by noon next day.
I was pissed, I actually bought another car(the v6 camaro I have now) and was gettting ready to have my car towed out on the last day.
They were already putting it back together, did some *****ing and got it reduced, but still assraped.
They put a ****ty tech on my car... that delayed it, then said part was delayed, then other delays... bull****....
I saw 8-10 cop cars a day pulling in for service, they do fleet mainenance and push normal customer aside to get the fleet stuff done.
