His "kit" is for sale on FTV6. Good kid, just had to get the car in running order. He had a few issues with the whole setup and getting it all to work. It is a TON of fabrication, as in a TON. He is asking a decent price for it, IMO, just needs some bugs worked out. His car was down for close to a year before he got everything done, then it blew up. :(

Those are not the same kits. Merlin's car and kit were parted out by another member a while back.

You're right, but I stand by my statement that it's spendy for a top swap kit.

For the amount of fab work he put into it, no, that is not a bad price. I talked to Jared a lot through his build, and he put a ton of time and money into getting that thing built well. Really the work is amazing, very clean, and well constructed.

Exactly. Turbos all and all are a better power adder on these cars. The M90s are an awful lot of work get only 300hp. 8-12lbs of boost on a turbo can easily give you that, AND you can bump up the boost on a whim. The M90 is cool because few have done it, but overall it just isnt practical.

Odd question thats been bugging me, these m90 swaps why didn't they just cut a hole in the firewall and make a u pipe from the throttle body through the firewall and back out to the front of the engine bay? I know the throttle cable would have to been modified and some rewiring would have to be done, but thats not really that hard. If you used the L67 icm bracket then that would mount to the front of the engine and you would have the space to run your intake piping. I know its probably something obvious but I've just been wondering this for awhile.

Check out GM High Po. April 1997. GM installed an M90 blower on a V6 Bird and was able to do 14.3 at low boost.

Injector placement is one of the major issues too that needs to be sorted out too.

Not that bad, just change to l67 heads. Not much to sort out there, intakes will be off anyways so heads is not much more work

Maybe there is something I'm not seeing. Cut the housing, weld on a section that turns it 90 degrees. I'm not seeing anything super special as far as fab work.
