  • Need some help: what's this thing worth?

I do handyman work with a buddy when I have time and I cleaned out a woman's house in exchange for some free advertising.

She said everything had to go so I was welcome to take whatever I wanted, I saw this and took it just because I thought I could get a buck for it.

Her Dad liked to do woodworking and this saw was in his shop.

I know nothing about it other than its a Beaver Rockwell radial arm saw

It works perfectly just needs to be greased

Anyone know what this is worth? I've googled but haven't had much luck.

    thanks for the help!

Edit: sorry for the huge pictures

did you tell the lady she had a nice beaver?

see what the current table saws go for, then add a couple hundred $$$ for not being a "made in china" p.o.s.

Old Rockwell stuff usually brings a decent price. Your best option would be to find a local wood working shop and ask them what they feel it is worth.

          Well that's good to hear!

I just hope it doesn't take forever trying to find someone who wants to buy something this specific...
