Hmm, the zeta platform is also used for 4-door vehicles such as the Holden WM Caprice and the Pontiac G8. Dang thing's so big it doesn't surprise me :D

Docta, the AR wheels I have were around 1200 or 1300 with the tires mounted and balanced.... not bad really... Got the combo from Tire Rack about 3 or 4 years ago... I love tirerack.com, alotta good deals can be found there if you search...

Very nice clean good looking Camaro. Very impressive family background. My brother and I are the only ones that are into F-bodies or Pontiac in my family. Everybody else drives a bimmer or a Mercedes.

Them studs won't help too much when you're sliding backwards down a hill.... studded tired are the most over rated thing I've seen IMO... I had some last year and o have btter traction this year with my radials.

i think studs are great in the ice, but of course plain radials are better in snow...

welcome. I am the first in my family to own an F-body but hopefully I can spread the itch when I start my own family.

Thanks guys, and girl (Kristen). You guys have been very welcoming!

and yeah trueKOA, its pretty contagious, so i think you shouldnt have much of a problem. My younger brother was always a ford fan (in a family of chevy/(gm) people) and therefore was a mustang guy, but eventually he came to. He bought a Monte Carlo, not quite a Camaro but i hate to admit that his stock monte beats my stock 'maro 9 times outta 10, even cornering. It's disappointing really. The only way for me to win is to get the better line or if he comes into a corner too fast and has to ride the brakes all the way through.. but this will change, soon, i hope..
