Gah... being sick sucks man. But you're not too small either... I'm 6'3 not even 185... And no I'm really not skinny. I work out every day, and eat a small cow daily... granted I'm a bit younger....
My weight has been the same for as long as i can remember. Holding steady at a good 'ol 175 lbs. And at 6'2" my mother in law is always talking about fatning me up. Has yet to work out for her, LOL. I do really need to start working out again as ive pretty much lost all definition.
Thor, I've been sick since i came down with a 103 fever on sunday, pretty sure it's the flu. Hope ur feeling better soon. Lots of my friends have been getting sick as well. As a matter o fact my wife had this before i got it so im pretty sure she gave it to me. lasted bout a wek for her. hope it's less for me.
I can't gain weigh.. I've tried. One day when my metabolism slows down it will all catch up with me..
yep me too....i was hoping that since i got pregnant and had a baby i would keep a little of the weight...but i'm back to 101 now. i day i gave birth to my son (10/8/09) i was at my heaviest.... all belly at 136 lbs lol

I'm 5' 6 1/2" ~ 230lbs (yes I'm short) I don't know the bodyfat anymore I know that I've gain some because of all the stress I've been having and the poor diet. But I was 8% when I was 212lbs. and 3% at 185lbs when I used to compete. I only train to stay healthy..nothing serious anymore.
I'm still very sick. The bad part is I had to take my wife to the hospital today and had her admitted again because there was a ton of blood on her stool. SUCKS right now. I can't afford to be sick.

I'm between 6'3 and 6'4"s 285lbs. I hope to get down to at least 250 LBS or 230 LBS would be great. I was 190 LBS in high school and I was very skinny for my size 6'4. Although I played basketball alot and lifted weights. 220-230 would be the best weight for me at 6'3. I think my back has compressed, so I think I'm 6'3 now. LOL
