I can't take it anymore, it bothers me to much to ignore this. And I'm sure I'll catch all sorts of flak for this but I just don't care becasue it's not right. I understand that a lot of the members in this forum do not like what Unique has done to his car. I can agree as it is not what i would have done with my car. In the end it's his car and he can do as he wishes. He is activly contributing to the community and is always getting bad mouthed. I have yet to see him post anything negativly about anybody on this forum except in retaliation. Obviously he should not have started "swearing" to get back at people. What I don't understand is why a lot of you seem to have an overwhelming urge to act likle a highschool bully and constantly torment him. I get the feeling that a lot of you get off on trying to make others feel bad about themselves. I'm sure someone will argue that he brought this on himself. I suppose he should know better, and that he needs to expect the worst from people because thats what the world is now. :rant: :rant: :rant: Oh well I'm done ranting and I am fully prepared to get burnt. So bring it on haters.

I always say to each their own, but I will always suggest what I like or what I would of done. I have had people say you should do yours this way or that way , just like mt turbo build people don't like the right turns on my pipes but I'm not going to cut it up yet. I would rather try it first and see the results in the end and then if it doesn't work go and fix the problem. Maybe thats what people should be doing learning from their mistakes.....that is all. LOL

I give the kid credit for taking all the flak; its his choice to post what he posts...

To be honest... If I posted a picture of my car and someone chirped it, I wouldn't think twice about it... I'd probably laugh and enjoy it! If some random people on a forum board get to you that bad then I guess you're in the wrong place. Then again who am I to say anything, Unique has been around here longer than I have.

People have gone so far as to make personal attacks on this kid and that is completley uncalled for. It has nothing to do with who has been here the longest, it simply has to do with common courtesy. There is nothing wrong with giving a freind a "jab" every now and then but this has progressed far beyond that to the point where every thread he post's in turns into a flame contest.

I agree the amount of consistent flaming he gets is ridiculous. especially on this last thread where he was asking about people living in Wyoming and he is automatically hammer for grammatical errors. Its not like its an english paper, you can tell what he means.

The threads about his cars, yeah sure, let him know you don't like it. Then let it go. Its his car, you do not have to drive it.

Then you have a certain moderator who instead of doing damage control, jumps in and says that he is going to get shot and buried in the plains somewhere. Can you imagine if one of us had posted that on a thread he made about a new place he was moving to?

In my opinion the idiots are the ones that keep telling him his car is ugly. He's posted... how many pictures of his car? How many videos? It's obvious he likes showing it off, but people feel like repeating themselves over and over and over again like he's actually going to listen and change his car.

Unique may take being the "forum punching bag" pretty well, but you're all setting the tone for the next high schooler that comes here looking for car advice. Treat him the same way and I'm certain they'll leave and won't bother coming back. Who knows how many people have already seen the responses Unique's car has gotten and decided not to post pics of their own car.

The point is that people shouldn't be "afraid" to share. Is that not the point of this place, to share different veiws and ideas on our cars? Is that not the reason that this place exists? To share different veiws and ideas for our cars?

As long as English is the spoken tongue of this country and this message board, I think it appropriate that it is used in a somewhat legible and un-offending way.

It's not difficult. We learn this in grammar school (or at least some of us do)

Ok then you need to act quickly to save yourself from utter frustration and turn of your computer as fast as possible. This is due to the fact as many of us already know the internet is full or grammar and spelling errors, as well as people that make mistakes when typing.
