It's 8:37 a.m. and I'm at work on break. I feel like falling over and going to sleep.. I maybe got a grand total of 3-4 hours last night. I've been working days from 7:00a-3p since October and for some reason I'm still not used to it. I normally go to bed around 9:30p and wake up at 5:30a.. I lay there and lay there for sometimes an hour, sometimes a couple of hours before I fall asleep.
I'm wondering if I have a sleeping disorder. My thoughts usually race throughout evening hours and I'm always trying to get stuff done. It's probably time to visit the doctor...
