im shocked im the first to post about it, they got rocked! watching some of the videos and footage of it was just crazy. watching houses and basically everything just get washed away like paper blew me away. hopefully the death toll isnt as bad as i think it'll be, i saw a few cars get swept up in some of the videos while trying to get away from the area. pretty sad stuff.

Re: anyone watching this **** in japan?
My Moms side of the family is Indonesian, and my sister (adopted cousin) is getting married this month. Both my parents flew out this morning with a lay over in Japan, thankfully their flight was today and not yesterday, otherwise they would have been in that tsunami that hit Tokyo Narita airport. While they closed the airport, the flight still departed O'hare ontime but was of course diverted to a different airport in Japan. I guess everything will work out fine for them, I just hope the quakes and waves are over.aka FreedStyle

Re: anyone watching this **** in japan?
It is crazy... Heard the crap going on about the cooling system at one of their powerplants?
If we were to ever help a country that needs it Japan better be on that list....
It is crazy watching the power of the wave crash through everything.

Re: anyone watching this **** in japan?
I didn't mean it like they should move?? Sorry you misinterpreted what I meant.
It should be a wake-up call that, an earthquake of that magnitude could happen at anytime.
Obviously you can't live your life worrying but you should at least be aware of possible threats.... An earthquake is of more concern than the subsequent tsunami for the people in LA.In America's Hat!
