Wanna test drive 70 cars at one place for free?

I got an e-mail from a Chevy dealership that I used to go to for maintenance, and I couldn't believe my eyes: It looks like GM's test drive event is back!!!

For anyone who's never gone to the GM Autoshow In Motion events, it's where you get to test drive any NEW GM vehicle for FREE without salespeople bothering you. You take the car on a closed track, drive around cones as many times as you want, and even test drive competitors' cars like Fords, Chryslers, Dodges, Toyotas, Hondas, even Lexuses! You just have to have a valid driver's license and they let you drive the cars for free. I think of it as an amusement park for grown ups.

It's called "Main Street in Motion" now, but it looks like it'll be the same as the "Autoshow in Motion" event.

They have lots of locations scheduled throughout the US, and you have to make an appointment, but it's great fun for people who like to drive all sorts of cars, trucks, and SUV's.

I hope they'll have a Ford Mustang and Dodge Challenger to drive. I know they will have Camaros so I just hope they'll have a competitor as well.

I'm looking so forward to this event. Fun Fun Fun!!!

They were great, I have been to 3 different events and they were a blast.


Sucks, nearest one is like 5 hours away.

Im going to the Houston show, I didnt see them list any other muscle car other than the corvette and the camaro, but im sure they will have other brand sports cars there.

This thing was awesome!! Seriously, just gave you free reign of the cars inside their set up course. Those new Vette GS's are pretty amazing for the bottom level model. Also the new Regal Turbo is not disappointing at all. Its smooth around corners and pulls hard for a 2.0L. Also got to see the new Camaro Convert, and was told the Regal GS is returning for 2012, with a SC 3.5l V6.
