I have a 1996 firebird with a 3.8 i found the car for 500 dallors in my buddys field when i got a hold of it, the motor had over heated to the point of shut down but once i got it to run again i had found a spun cam bearing and some blown head gaskets im in the process of a full rebuild and just recently took it out for the first time it still needs a little work but thats the fun part. I have thrown in a few extras including a GT2 cam, springs, lifters, rods, timing ect.
I am a GM technician at a small dealership in Nebraska and currently working to finish my ASE Certifications and my GM Certifications so i will be glad to put in any imput i can.
