I wouldn't say that to the Euro car people over here. Every one of them is slapping then on their car. I've even seen a bunch of Honda people with them.

Yes it does have the power antena.

What are the Euro lights. All the post 1998 models over here look like mine. Thers a sticker under the bonnet (sorry hood) whick says UK but I assumed that was to do with the adjustment and the dipping for the headlights being that we drive on the wrong side of the road:).

Is that a red Porsche 944 I see in the background of that first pic? :)

No, I don't think it was a Porsche.

According to the vin it was built in Canada. It is a 1999 model but was not sold in the UK until May 2001. I am the 2nd owner.

Euro spec is very different. Something cool about it, though!

I don't think that's entirely true. Although I don't have a basis for proof, I believe a good portion were assembled in the United States as well.

St. Therese, Quebec, Canada is where all the 4th gens were made. Don't think there was another plant tooled to build an F car. But from what I can recall, the European model F-body was built on different lines than the North American F-body. But still the same plant.

Interesting. I knew mine was built there but had no idea all of them were. I could swear I've seen threads or websites mentioning US build plants but maybe I was wrong. Cool. :)

Yes, parts may have come from the U.S. Camaros at one time were built in California... The actual assembly was all done in Quebec. Which is nice because importing 4th Gens to Canada is tax exempt :)
