      Re: Mpgs

I say if you want mpgs get a prius. I think my ss gets like 12-15 city, bout 19 highway. But I have a lot of mods. Literally just sold my v6 to my brother but it was getting about the same as my cammed ss. For those who bash since I sold it, it was because I am buying a house and don't need more cars than limbs. But on the contrary I got a steal on this bad @ss house. Ill post about that later.

I'm not really too concerned about mpgs, but it was something I noticed and was kinda happy with.

            Re: Mpgs

I filled my gas tank to the brim and drove 435 miles to Vegas. Freeway use all the way and only stopped for restroom breaks. I gassed up in Vegas so that means I got about 31 mpg on my 99 Bird auto with 3.42 gear.

The best I've got was 31.7 over a 386 mile journey, but our gallons here in the UK are bigger than yours. What do you get to the Ltr? I can compare then.lol.

                Cheers Gerry

15? That sucks even for an LS1... I get ~20 in town.

3.4 at 70 with cruise on and a/c off gets 28. And that's over 300,000 miles.

Reading all this makes me weep lol. I'm getting about 17 mpgs with my Envoy. That's with almost all highway driving. The Camaro gets between 22-32 mpg depending on how it's driven!
