  • Working on my 90 day challenge

Well I have begun the weight reduction process to improve my 1/4 times as I am out of mod lists. lol. My fiance and I started our 90 day Body by vi challenge and are about 4 weeks into it. I have lost 10 lbs, she lost 15 so far. My goal was to lose 10, and then work on losing my stomach and turning it into muscle. The toning part is next. The shakes taste great too which was a concern for me as I have done whey shakes in the past when I played basketball that have been horrible. This one taste like cake mix :) Anyone else doing a little weight reduction to help their car get up and go? lol. Oh and if anyone wants info, http://www.michiganvisalus.com has videos on the challenge and you can sign up if you want to join me. Our friends who told us to try it lost 34lbs and 22 lbs on their challenges. I can't wait to see my fiance and I's results in a couple months :)

spare is already out and the subs go out when at the track too. lol. I like my interior in one piece though so I refuse to gut it. Although I don't have a back seat anymore, two nitrous bottles filled that area. lol

Just find out what your basal metabolism is and how much calories it needs and once you have that cut 500 cal. out.

Anyway, if you're trying to lose weight just so you could go faster at the track then you should try the brick mod.

Next time you go tot he track--Put a brick on the gas pedal and then jump out once your car starts going. hehehe
