I've been lurking on the site the past week trying to learn all I can about 4th gen fbods. I'm currently waiting on a friend to transfer into my possession a '00 Camaro with the 3800 and M5 with 175k miles. It's going to be a fixer upper; interior has been trashed, got some damage on the rear quarter, and a few christmas lights on the dash. Mechanically it seems sound, so I'm looking forward to some tinkering. At one point I'm probably going to drop a L67 block in it and turbo it.
I'm not new to tinkering or the 3800 engine. I've got a '00 Grand Prix SE that I did a 3100 -> L67 swap. I didn't stop there though, I installed a cam, headers, dropped the pulley, and then some. Traction is a bit of an issue lol. So, in lieu of Camaro pics, which I don't have yet. I submit this:
