13 seconds really?

I'm curious why people won't post their actual times online. It's not like we're going to hustle across the states via some online timeslip posting. Like what looks to be a highly modded v8 mustang with a huge turbo sticking out the front. He said at least 13 seconds. Common! My turbo'd v6 on 8ish psi does high 13's. I'm not bashing on anyone specific because it happens all over the place. What's the appeal of bs'n times?

are you kidding me? do you have a 3.4 with 500,000 miles on it or something? I've seen dead stock v6 maros run 15's all day long

As to why street cars won't post their times up online I don't know. I always posted what mine went.

I thought the same thing. A stock LS1 runs 13's. The turbo must not be hooked up.

As to why street cars won't post their times up online I don't know. I always posted what mine went.

My car wouldnt get out of the 15.9 range and it was full exhuast. Idk what was wrong with it but it wouldnt run better than that. I've seen stock 6's do 16's alot. Usaully auto's... Idk why. Maybe its Texas?

Are you kidding me? Did you miss the part where I was at 6500ft? It's a manual btw, and as a comparison, I took a stock 5.0 Fox on slicks. It's not slow for Colorado.

Right. Because I'm going to drive to sea level just to race for one night? That makes sense. I'm happy with the times for being at the elevation that I am. Get over it.. I never claimed to be fast, but faster than they expected.

either way I never understood the whole.... keep it a secret crap. I know people will race for money, etc.... but I think its more fun to pair up with an equal car and run them.
