even when people race for money...I can show you a timeslip of me running 15-16 seconds pre-motor work...you'd have no way of knowing that's what it ran with the current mods done...you have no idea if that was run even with a ****ty tune or with/without nitrous etc etc etc.

Truthfully, anyone smart enough to put money down on a race is gunna know a ballpark figure for what your car should run after looking under the hood and hearing the car. I mean if you hear a mustang with no cam, and see no FI it's not likely he's running faster than 13's at best, although there are exceptions if you see it gutted like a tuna can

I think the secrecy comes from guys who ran like sh*t and want people to believe the cars fast. I'm actually willing to bet that mustang doesn't break out of 11's, maybe high 10's at best, yet if you look at the setup and the $$$ thrown at it you'd be inclined to believe it's an 8-9 second car...

Will tell you... you are going to get **** for a 3.4L running a "15.00" unless its heavily modded.

He did say, "Now imagine running 191MPH"

Danm, if his car can do that then that means he has a low 7 sec. car. I wish he wasn't banned, I would like to hear from him.

As to why street cars won't post their times up online I don't know. I always posted what mine went.
So you ran a 15 da corrected time in manual 3.8. What's really so special about that?

It was my first time ever running at a track, and my 16.43 was at 6600 DA with more than full weight... I wasn't bragging, I was saying that I was happy with my first time at a track.
