Well the mounting holes for the W68 side skirts are too high, so if I were to use the T/A side skirts the holes would show, and I don't feel like filling the holes and all that jazz. I love the hatch, don't think I will be parting with it anytime soon. I found that for $250, which I thought was a great deal.

Thanks bud. I have a love for VW's, I cant wait to get home and start building another dune buggy. I will keep this one though. I am almost ready to call my bird complete...hopefully.

I saw that you had posted on here, I thought I would come with threats of lockin this thread down cause of the trans x comment!! lol, although I think bibber had the biggest problem with the trans-x fiasco.

Oh man, that thing was too much fun. Would spin tires through third gear, I lost it one time hitting second really hard, that was fun too!
