Hey all- wow its been ages since I've posted here. Here's an update on where I've been and what not.
I studied abroad in Saigon, Vietnam all last spring semester, got back to the USA in May.
I sold my powerdyne supercharger kit and bought my first motorcycle, a 1982 Honda CM250, its a great fun cruiser bike to learn how to ride on, no problems both mechanically and cosmetically, i really got a steal of a deal on it!
This past summer I worked as a camp counselor at a YMCA camp in rural forest land Wisconsin, the money was not good, but it was the best and most rewarding job ever. There was also no internet service.
In July, i participated in yet another road rally, the 2011 Rally Appalachia organized by Rally North America. One whole week of rally checkpoint driving across the east coast in the Appalachians, 80 cars, 160 people, we raised more than $10,000 for the Intrepid Fallen Heros fund that benefits families of fallen US troops. It was a hell of a fun time and I got to drive on both Skyline Drive and Blueridge Parkway
Now i'm back at school, senior year of college, and hired back as the editorial intern of Cars.com...I love it.
How's everyone doing?
Here's one of the most recent pictures of my car
