I though this was pretty cool. So a guy I work with submitted me for a thing we have a at work, Recognize And Value Everyone or RAVE. For those of you who are unfamiliar with what I do, I am a Ramp Lead for SkyWest Airlines.
Long story short, we contract a company to assist passengers that are handicapped. These people are TERRIBLE at their job, are always late to the gate, most of them are from other countries and piss me off to no end, so I have took it upon myself to do their job, I took a lady that had 10 minutes to catch a connecting flight over to the gate from my gate, I have done this more then once. Anyway, I thought Id share it with you guys, I just copy and pasted this.
Employee Information:
Employee Name: Tyler Picco
Employee Number: 039560

Employee Location: DEN Department: CS
Date: 9/22/2011
Guiding Principle:
Excellent Service and Quality
Submitter: Bob Machacek
Submitter Employee Number: 018349
Date: 9/22/2011
Comments: Tyler was seen on Wed. afternoon, 9/21 pushing a wheel chair for a non-English speaking passenger who had been waiting for a wheel chair agent for some 25-minutes. Since the connecting flight was soon to depart, Tyler grabbed a wheel chair and moved this lady from the east end of the North Walk-Way, Door B69 area, to the east end of the South Regional Facility.
Thanks, Tyler, for your efforts and this was the second time in a few weeks that you did this!
