I got placed into it from my unit. It's a ruck march across the northern part of South Korea to commemorate the 85 miles that the 9th Infantry Regiment "Manchu's" marched in the early 1900's. Luckily it isn't that far anymore. I'm really excited to go, being one of only 4 chosen from my unit. Just kinda wanted to brag on myself a little bit, anyways, wish me luck!

i thought it was a 25 mile march that ends at warrior somethin'.
The Bataan Death March was 85 miles if I remember correctly. I was at the Corridor Island in April of this year. It was a freaking awesome site to be.

They do it now for 25 miles, in 1900 they marched 85 miles. Good job searching on the internet though.

was 85 miles, but due to inflation & cut backs, is now 25 mile hump. take some good pics on your field trip, and let us know when to buy a copy of Army Times w/you in it.1978 Formula 461 in progress of being built :rock:
