  • I'm speechless...

Headed out to a party tonight, Im the last guy to arrive at a friends house...Im there not 30 minutes and the car is totally keyed from front to back when I come out (parked on the road)...I'd say a good solid 3-5 keys strokes...deep...bumper to bumper.

I'm at a loss for words

No one knows me in that area, so I can't see anyone I would've pissed off... Plus the area is a pretty good area....

I suppose the only upside to the night was that I didn't see who did it, or I'd most certainly be writing this from a prison cell...:(

I have had it happen to me too bud. Left my car in a parking lot at a hospital in the better part of town, and came back to it keyed to hell.

The only logical thing to do from there would be to key everyone else's car there.. To make sure you got em. Jk! Need me to come up there? Someone needs a beating.

That sucks.... Makes you feel better, I had to take a right and they recently put little plastic things to keep people from sneaking by... I totally ran them down with my camaro, as I was in a rush... Left a PCCillin residue but didn't damage my car.

Funny how you don't care about the car and nothing happens, you care and it goes to hell.

                Re: I'm speechless...

ya I hear ya...Im almost certain it was no one from the party...everyone knows me, I've helped a majority of them in some way shape or form at some point...Im not an unlikeable guy, they all know I'd bend over backwards for virtually anyone to lend a hand, and they all know the deal with the car. Plus, timing wise it wouldnt make sense...I wasn't there 30 mins...someone would have to be waiting for me to arrive (which it wasnt a gurantee I was going to show up to the house) go out almost as soon as I got there, pray not one of the 30 other people there saw them, and pray I didnt leave to get something out of my car...pretty gutty if you ask me...it was just wrong place wrong time... some lowlife passer-byer

What they better pray is they keep their mouth shut and not tell their friends...because I know alot of people around here, and my car is very well known...everyone knows somebody that knows somebody that knows something if they open their mouth...word will get around even if its a year later...So I hope whoever it is, is smart enough to keep their mouth shut...

Dam man, sorry to hear that. It probably was just a wrong place wrong time deal. My sister moved out of the state to a city where she knew no one and within a week or so her car had been badly keyed. It's not even a particularly nice car, just [was] in nice shape. Insurance should cover it though, after usually a pretty small deductible. Are the scratches down to the primer? You think the body panels are damaged under the paint?

Have you ever had someone drive your car and sat back and listened to it?

That thing is loud as f#^k some shift worker may have let you have it;)

Any rice boys parked in driveways around there?

haha, I had the industrial style headphones on when we did the dyno pulls and my ears were still bleeding lol.

I sat in the passenger seat a couple of times while my mechanic was diagnosing the rear end and had to give it a few throttle thrashes...my heart jumped and skipped a few beats...weird how its different in the passenger seat lol...you feel the sound through your chest cavity

no ricers around...its actually a pretty rich neighbourhood I was in...one of the last places I expected this to be honest...I'd expect it to happen at my house before here anyday of the week.

I'll post pics in a few...
