So my system work play DvDs anymore, its a Samsung 5.1 , I'm looking to get another one to replace it, any info on systems? I was looking at a LG or Phillips.Thanks

I've got a big Toshiba system, I disconnected the HDMI from my Surroundsound/DVD player to my tv and I just use my Xbox to play DVDs... Don't really see a point in buying a DVD player when an Xbox/PS3 does a fine job!In America's Hat!

Unless you're deaf in 1 ear, yes you need surround! I bought a wireless turtlebeach headset with 7.1 surround and it's pretty damn awesome. I mainly use it for gaming though.
