    Is that really what they go for? Seems very high, but I suppose that is low mileage

      Seems high for me too, but if its local it wouldn't be a bad price too get.

          definitely high, you could find a totaled ls1 body for that much or way less and take everything out and scrap the frame to make some money back
          auto, aluminum driveshaft, Fast Toys Ram Air, !air silencer, smoothed lid, Pacesetter shorties, 2 1/2" exhaust, !cat

              I can't even find wrecked v6s around here, I thought that was pretty decent based on what else I've seen in cl.

                    I don't know anything about ls1s because they don't apply to me, but what's the difference between 98-99?

                      98 had 28lb injectors,a different harder to tune computer with different pin outs than the 99-00 cars.

                      They can only be bored 5/1000 of an inch on a rebuild as well.

                      Plus they had tendencies to piston slap when cold and very high oil consuption issues.
