My next 15 year daily driver coming real soon to my garage
I agree 100%, there is no need to be in a sports car 24 hours a day. No one criticizes when someone gets a foreign car for commuting...but get a Challeneger over a Camaro and people start a hissy fit.
I would love to be in that Challenger everyday, they are so comfortable, and viability is not bunker style, like the Camaro.
Good luck with it!!!!!!
All I said is the car looks slow! They do look good but weigh a ton. I wouldnt call them pony cars either! I believe they are to heavy.
Sorry for saying something negative about a Dodge on this Firebird/Camaro website!
There is a need for me to be in a sports car 100% of the time! Thats who I am. I dont want to drive a truck or a beater. I think our G8 is uncomfortable compared to the T/A and especially to the Vette.

Thats okay, I am not annoyed about it, I was making an observation. It is only because I have seen people never criticize for people buying a Honda Daily Driver, but people will bicker over a Cool looking American car...just a curious point.
Try being a in a sports car 100% in the snow, I don't mind doing it in my Camaro because its a V6 and if it rusts it is no big loss, snow tires are amazing by the way. But no one is driving a vette of T/A in the snow.
Re: My next 15 year daily driver coming real soon to my garage
Um I am in NJ and I was driving my T/A and Vette in the snow! When we had that 2 feet of snow 2 years ago I was out in my T/A driving around, of course that was on a stock motor making about 100 less Ftlbs and 120 less HP.

How did you do that??? I understand a T/A with some snow tires. Do they make snows big enough for a Vette? A Vette in the snow sounds very dangerous, you every slide out?
Re: My next 15 year daily driver coming real soon to my garage
I hear alot of pissing, moaning, and **** waving, and I'll actually be the positive one and say that is a beautiful f***ing car. Ive driven the Challenger R/T, its pretty nice, granted it is a heavy car. But I also consider the fact I like a VERY stiff suspension. I want to feel everything in the road. It kills my body, but I can drive a car better than I can walk. Spongy suspensions or even floaty suspensions dont appeal to me. Get a Caddy XTS if you want a fluffy boat ride.
