The average person when they buy a used car they usually look at the condition first, second mileage, and third the logic of buying that car.
The average person is less likely to buy a modified car. They would prefer a stock. Now with that being said a V6 with low miles can still go for $9000.
Now if you're someone who wants more power then you'd look for an LS1 for the same price, but it won't be the same mileage.

I wonder how much that stroker setup cost him, I'm assuming that's why the price is so high. As nice as that car looks, I doubt he will get more than $7k for it. As clean as mine is, I still feel I paid too much and I paid $7k including tax and tags from a dealer.aka FreedStyle

the stroker kits were in the 4 grand range when they were making them if i remember right. i also remember hearing alot of bad things about those kits.
