So here is the full storyAround 12 midnight my car went off. (Stock alarm) it just beep once went out and there was nothing. Didn think much of it. Around 5 am I was coming in from the back yard from trying to see the meteor shower. As I walked into the living room, my cousin said your car is going of. I stopped for a second and I hear , beep beep beep beep beep beep. I walk out to where my car was parked and I look on the drivers side and my door is wide open , glass all over the floor and no sigh of the theifs. 10 min later my other cousin is also out side along with my and onother cousin. And he said he saw these 2 guys peeking out and he yelled out look its them . And then they bolted. He described one around 5'5 hispanic , wearing light colored close dressed "thugish" the othere was also hispanic 5'10 with a black tank top with shorts both thin. At this point I'm trying to find a way to chase em down I have no shirt on or any shoes and I know they can out run me. My cousin calls the cops again and tells them where they are headed. And I'm trying to get in the car to chase them down but I cut my self with all the glass. So I can't chase them down it was pitch black.*The area this happened in , over the past year we have noticed its starting to be a more high crime area.So we wait for the damn cops and at 6:20ish they get here we called at 5!!!! It was pathetic how long they took.*Durring the whole time while we waited the last 30 min we started to look for Ny thing we could find. We found a hatchet which we belive was the wepon to break the window. . You could tell the also tryed to pry my door open. That pretty much the whole story.*

All right guys . Has any one ever replace/intalled a window for a power window door? And correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like the windows from a 94 to a 02 would fit as a replacement. Right?

any window from 93-02 should work. I've had to do it on a Ford Ranger, all that took was pulling the plastic plugs/rivets out of the rail the glass sits on, placing new glass there, and re-insert plastic plugs/rivets. I've never had the door panel off my Firebird, but hopefully there's room to work in there... It shouldn't be too hard to do as long as you can get your hands in there.

Yea I'm going to do it today. I've helped but on a gmc Sierra about a year ago. I hope its the same or similar

Yea I did but family problem s came up.

Long story short. I'm taking care of my family any way I can and looking for a job as a automorive technitian at the same time. Just need my licence to get a job like that. ASE's done except 2
