I emailed ARH a year or two ago and never got a reply. You'd be better off calling than waiting on an email response.

Yea that's what I was thinking on doing tomorow if I have the time. Since I'm going to tear my rear end open again. Same as the last 3 times. That bearing keeps poping out of the grove causing a leak of diff oil. Coming from the rear right wheel.

        • So I pulled apart me rear end AGAIN. Took the axles out and everything. And it had seemed fine. No bearing damage, the seal was good and the axle was fine with no play in it when it went back on. Had about 1qt of gear oil since some how it leaked out. All signs pointed toward the seal but it was fine. Took about 3 hours this time new record for me:D.
Anyways but I got the abs inop to come on the scaner says its my rear wheel speed sensor? To you guys who know what its is. Is it the sensor conectes to the top of the rear end? Please let me know

And also tryed giving abbott racing a call and no answer. Which seem strange. I will call tomorrow again and see if the pick up.

          • Today felt pretty good out here in texas so I decide to fix that abs problem. Turns out it was that sensor , guys make sure if yall ever service the rear end and replace the gear oil. To put the sensor on right . Thats on top of the rear end. I made a mistake of not doing so and the abs did not want to work

But other than that everything is all good back there.

Also tried calling abbott again and still no answer

                • If yall want to know what it took to switch it back, here it is

Yesterday it starded to rain when we meet up so we waited it off but never really stoped. So we worked in tbe rains fo 3 hours.

We had to switch bumper and also the bumper support that was it. Took us a while since it was raining and copls came by just a lot of drama in the end he like his bumper on his 96 trans am and I was happy with mine. All I have left to do is gett the missing fender guards and a couple of under side pieces and hook uo the directional lights and its good to go

                  • Hey guys I relly need yall help like now.

Heres what happened I was working on the car, I was letting it run so the temp could get up so I could see if it would over heat. Well I told my cousin to check the tempeture and he said it was a 100 , I had the car rining for a good 20 min. Then I look at all my other gadges and they are all dead. No readings what so ever zero nada. I turn off the car and try to turn it back on all the dash says is security, u turn the key the antena goes up and the car does not want to turn over. The readings on the gauges are still dead but it just says security. I have checked the battery, the fuses and that's all good, now I'm stuck I don't know what the problem is I need help !!! Any suggestion s???

                      • Sounds like a vats problem, have you cleaned the resistor on the key with a pencil eraser? You don't need to swap out the ignition if it is a vats problem.. just do a vats bypass.

                        • Its not that I tried it. There are 2 wires that read the key. Thisee were ripped . And now I will try to reconect them and use it like that for now and hooe the car turns over. If not have to replace the ignition and reprogram some new keys and such. At a gm dealership. Only thing left right now is removing the steering wheel and removing the molds. That will be done tomorrow after I get out from work.

You could do like I did and just get a new steering column and bcm and replace them. I got one off ebay for like $80, came complete with everything plus the keys.

It can be done in about 4 hours.
