I get a different enjoyment from my Firebird lately. I get to see my sons drive away in it as they go to high school. I hear the familiar sound of my Firebird's exhaust going down the neighborhood street while I'm standing on the front porch. One of the benefits of being an F-body father - having my sons enjoy the car now.

took the formy out for a lil cruise around the neighborhood and when I got back in driveway notice the gas tank leaking. yay! another thing to replace while the replacement engine getting built......

since your son drives it. i know how he feels , i bet hes known at school for driving it too. :tup: thumbs up too ya man for passing it on to your son and letting him enjoy it. i know i still enjoy driving mine to school every day especially since i have a months or so left and bye bye high school.
