I finally got around to cleaning the engine bay a little. Pretty much just some degreaser - but at least it is cleaner than before. I'm Ok with it for 207,000 miles.

It looks 100 times better than before (sorry, no "before" picture). It all looked as dirty as the area you see at the opening to the air box.I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

LOL...I thought that was the before pic. I scrolled down looking for the after pic.
Just kidding my friend.
I used 3 cans of degreaser to clean my 3rd gen. It has 220k miles on it. I warmed up the engine for like ten mins., soaked it in degreaser, leave it for 10 mins, used a scotts brite to get rid of those nasty build ups and then spray it with a pressure hose. It worked really good. I wish I took pics of it.Comment
