It's looks really good. I'm wondering if there's a salvage title now. I mean 83k for inly 3500$ that's too good of a deal. A car like that here would sell for 10k.

Oh and I hope you keep your V6.
Our Government has a thing called the VIP(Vehicle Info Pkg) and it would list it as branded if there was a prob.
It also lists suggested selling prices, both wholesale and retail for taxation purposes and these are lower than Bluebook.
Some people just sell it for those values.
I have also noticed a huge price drop up here for 4th gens,no one wants them.

Thanks, no salvage title- we thoroughly checked this car. We were with it for 2 hours in daylight and went a few nights before at night and checked what we could in the dark. We brought a jack and had it up, looked it all over. All we could find was some surface rust, a few repainted panels and the rear main seal leaking. The guy was asking 6g's I just got it for less with some negotiations.
The guy thought I was nuts, I had the whole trunk carpet out on the floor and was checking all the known areas for rust that had punctured through...nothing
Dropped it immediately off to my mechanic and told him to rip it apart, he found nothing. Needed absolutely nothing for safety which, to be honest, surprised me given the circumstances. I thought for sure I might have overlooked something small.
Car has never left this province either- and Government package said nothing was branded- 100% clean title.
And you're telling me about the deal- I can't find good condition v6's around here for that price!! because that was the other thing I had on my mind when the arm snapped, was fine a clean 6 and transfer everything over. I missed my chance to grab Transamtoms1- I guess that's a good thing now lol.

So how can you get top dollar with no buyers?
BTW I like the RS GFX pkg Mike
This is very true- even with parts. LS1tech parts classified has really slowed down.
This pkg is factory :) I actually kinda like it...usually I don't like GFX packages.
I really wish I could keep the 6, I just literally have nowhere to put it, a storage facility is 300$ a month that is big enough to keep the car.
To be honest, when I first looked at it, I was thinking about buying it and I couldn't decide and I said- "I wish someone/something would just give me a sign and let me know what I should do, because I am so attached to my car, but I feel like I'd be dumb not to pick this up" The very next day my control arm snapped. I always believed everything happens for a reason, so I guess this is how it's supposed to be.
spent the day breaking apart the motor- got quiet a bit done. Motor is stripped right down to the block and the interior is out of the car :(
Still need to drop the exhaust, drop the motor, drop the transmission and drop the rear end. I need to be done this by this weekend and I don't even think that is possible given Tuesday/Wednesday are right offs and I don't get home from work until about 6pm
On a side note, I got to open up the orange car tonight finally...My black car was definitely faster to about 60-70mph but from 70mph up the Ls1 would just eat my car. When this thing decides it wants to pull it just flips on the power and it doesn't fall off. I think my 6 was getting to the point that I needed a bigger stall, that was the next thing I kinda had targeted on my list.
if there is one major downside to having an ls1 now...LS1tech sucks for finding information as opposed to this site. Yes they have a more active community, but searching wise is the biggest PITA over there.
My left lower rad fan quit working on my new 02 and I am trying to look at what is involved in taking the old fan out (it was easy in my 96) and I am having such a hard time finding info it is rediculous.
I also want to know if I can swap my v6 fan in...on this site, I would have had the answer yesterday
yes...yes I am...I could barely squeeze my hand in the bay last night to check to see if my fans were coming on when I was commanding them with hp tuners. (How I determined which fan was dead)
I looked away for half a second and damn near almost touched the belt.
And I don't plan to do weight reduction on this car either...so it's gunna stay that way...:(

ls1tech sucks for just about every reason. better off using cz28.com, people aren't a bunch of tools there
current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
