it's my car, i just didn't feel like getting flamed for street racing right off the bat. the race where i was way behind i bogged down bad off the line. i was going to let off, but i just decided to see what i could do. and yeah i would of lost quarter mile i was probably goin 130 when i passed him.
the mustang also had 3.73's and lsd.
I'm runnning 10psi. intercooled, stock motor, 3.23's, open diff. no brake boosting. both cars are 5 speeds. i have a rear end with 3.73's and lsd. i'd like to install sometime soon.

dont get me wrong, your car looks to run strong. i was just confused lol, having seen Andrews car for years i was a bit confused since until now he had the only yellow turbo 4th gen that ive seen. so it didnt make sense why he'd be getting pulled by a bolt on mustang when ive seen him tear much faster cars off starts.
current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it
It is turbo lag. I referred to it as a weak v6 launch because there's no boost at that point. The mustang has alot more torque than we do bottom end. With that and his gearing he had an advantage off the line. I'm hoping the 3.73's/LSD well give me what I need to come out of the hole strong.
