That is also illegal, you can't modify your plate, and you can't cut off any part of it that has information i.e the part above and below the plate numbers



They don't give a sh*t about that, they didn't ask you to install an intercooler. They're going to tell you if you can mod the car, you can mod a bracket to put the plate up, otherwise don't mod the car or don't put it on the street.

My plate is intact. Its just bent around to the other side lol. Havent got pulled over yet for it

It's actually illegal here to bend and modify plates.


Been pulled over for it as well, stupid law and whatever but it's easiest to just mount the plate and forget about it

ive been ticketed for having the plate in the window twice. so ugly bracket it was. its whatever though, i barely drive it anyways anymore.

I have mine mounted bent and under the bumpe r usually just get warnings to fix it, no tickets

Mine is mounted to the airdam under the car.

Knock on wood no tickets for the plate yet, although I have had 2 speeding tickets;)
