It's too bad that some sort of heated race track doesn't exist in the winter time. It's so damn cold out right now the DA is minus -4366 !!

Imagine the times you could run if you the track ground was heated and you could hook??

Even with the temps, I'd be at around 3k DA, lol...

HA is it really? I thought everything shuts down the moment frost is on the ground

No they offer winter driver courses and offer lapping.

The dragstrip shuts down way too early,it was 60* the third week in November and they had already taken the tree down:(

They didn't bother to put it on their website that they had shut it down and a bunch of people showed up me included.

those goofs do that every year. I remember one year we called them at the beginning of the season to see if it was too cold out, or if the track was open (was the week after they opened)

The person on the phone was like nope, we're going to open and ready for test and tune today.

Well, don't we hop in our cars and drive down only to arrive with a bunch of other cars for them to tell us- ughhh it's too windy, we're not going to open today!

it only took us 1.5 hours to drive down the moment we hung the phone up to...
