  • It seems like we're going back to where we were before...

... with these gas prices I mean.

In my area last week, Wednesday, it was $2.39 and tonight, Wednesday evening, I gassed up to a $3.04 a gallon.

I put about on average 72 miles a day on my car and I get about 28 mpg. It was nice there for awhile to see change in my pocket.

damn, and I thought $2.40 for 93 was high when it was only $2.10 last week

I honestly had stopped paying attention to gas prices all together last year. People complained about high prices all the time, I just got to the point that "it is what it is" and just filled up. After a while, prices did get low enough that I did notice it cost $20 less to fill up my truck. I still dont pay attention to prices and couldnt even give you a ball park figure on what it cost here tho...lol

I don't keep track anymore, I figure I have to fill up anyways and no use in complaining about it. But yes I have noticed the savings. I think it was 2.29 for 87 octane when I filled up this week.

I hate California. It is up to $3.12. It keeps going up here. I have to go further out and fill up to a no name station for $2.89.

This is why I own a daily. Although my daily takes premium too...oh well same take as most people on here, it is what it is.

                        Local station in my town has 87 - $1.969 89 - $1.979 93 - $2.179

I put 89 in for the hell of it.
