This means I don't have to smog my bird anymore, but I have a mileage budget of 5000 a year, which is not a problem. This also means I can modify the car the way I want too without worrying about smog regulation.
I was so surprise though to see the dealer plate placard where I purchased the car 24 years ago when I removed the old plate that was on top of it.
