cali has the front plate law, but where im from, south carloina, there is not front plate ,a dn there is no vehicle inspection, or smog test, you go pay registration and be on your way, being stationed in cali and having a liscense/ registration from carolina, i get away with some sheeeeit, i hear they like to give fix it tickets here in cali, thats why my daily driver, 97, is a sleeper in the exterior,
