I had no idea that these were made. I wonder how they make these cars with the performance they have, and keep em bulletproof(warranty). They come from a pontiac dealer, so they must have a warranty.... or maybe they don't.
Wouldn't mind one these sitting in my driveway.
Now, how badly do YOU want to see my brake lights?

Pacesetter headers, 3 inch y pipe, high flow cat, magnaflow catback, many suspension mods, intake, built a4 with 3200 torque converter, 5 angle head job, dis 4, firewires, etc etc....
"I wonder how they make these cars with the performance they have"
Doesn't that qualify for general technical discussion?
but hey, if you want you can move it to the lounge

Yeah, but I've always just figured that general tech would be small technical problems that people need help with. I only said that just b/c i've seen other posts like this in the lounge. Its up to the moderators not me.
Black \'94 Trans Am A4- SLP CAI & Loudmouth
Red \'93 Firebird A4- Ram Air under the WS6 hood, !cat, exhaust.
Good point. I wonder if they stroked it. Injectors, and a retuned PCM/ECU, maybe a trick intake manifold and bigger Throttle body. Does anyone have one of these birds?

It pretty much says what they did to it. Opening up the intake and exhaust on an engine that large which already has 350hp will probably get you halfway to 380hp.
All it has is basically intake and exhaust. Those numbers are crank numbers, not wheel horsepower. The website says it just has GMMG exhaust and a high-flow lid for power mods, everything else on that list is appearance. Figure maybe 20-25hp(crank) for exhaust, 10hp for the lid, and that'll put you pretty close to the 380hp. They're hot looking cars, and the GMMG exhaust is amazing on LS1's, but it's nothing more than a very mildly modded LS1

yeah, gmmg made those for a pontiac dealership in roswell georgia, carl black pontiac. they didn't make very many. they did have some nice little detail touches on them, but not worth the money imop.
