This is news to me. Maybe its only new to my area but. Seen several commercials on TV saying that AutoZone now sells salvage parts. No need to goto a junk yard for what you need. AutoZone does it all....

Yea, I had a customer tell me they wanted to sell him a "custom made cold-air intake" for $100...they were going to go to a salvade yard, find the right pieces and tubing, and make it for him. He laughed, told them he was going to a real parts store, and came to buy the K&N kit from me [img]smile.gif[/img]

Same here, I work their for maybe a month when I realized it was a complete $hit hole. I will never buy any hard parts their. Just oil, car wash, ect..

Ya know how junk yards are. They will sell anything. What if they deliver crapy parts, are you stuck? And I can see someone doing that, knowing they got nothing else. Some times they don't have cars.
